How to get results and access imaging

There are several ways to get results and imaging. We are connected to eHealth systems and also have a robust cloud-based system to to allow medical practitioners access.

Authorized users with One ID account can access StL Diagnostic Imaging images and reports via provincial viewers such as Clinical Connect and Connecting Ontario Clinical Viewer.

One ID

What is One ID?

Connecting Ontario

Connecting Ontario Clinical Viewer's Diagnostic Imaging portlet displays diagnostic imaging (DI) reports and images from the Diagnostic Imaging Common Service (DI CS).

The DI CS is the provincial DI repository containing reports and images submitted by hospitals and independent health facilities to the province’s three regional Diagnostic Imaging Repositories (DI-rs) (HDIRS, NEODIN and SWODIN).

StL Diagnostic Imaging contributes to SWODIN.

StL Diagnostic Imaging now releases images and reports through an Access Page instead of providing a CD. The Access Page contains a unique security code for access to StL imaging in full diagnostic quality along with instructions on how to view, download and import the images through a secure web address (URL). There is no need to set up an account, download software or go through training.

The Access Page can be faxed directly to your office or provided to your patients at the time of their visit to be delivered to you.

To request imaging records from StL, please phone 1-800-268-5804 or fax requests to 1-855-374-3497.
