Important Notice on COVID-19

To protect patients and staff from COVID-19, we ask that all patients with a fever, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing or any of the following:

Sore throat, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue/malaise, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, pick eye (conjunctivitis), runny nose/sneezing without other known cause, nasal congestion without other known cause.

Please contact your physician or your local Public Health Department.  Once the symptoms are resolved an appointment for your diagnostic exam can be made.

Burlington X-ray and Ultrasound Clinic is open by appointment ONLY.  All patients are screened by phone and upon arrival.  Appointments are spaced apart to maintain adequate social distancing and to ensure wait time is kept to a minimum.    

We are currently accepting emailed requisitions to appointments@stlimaging.ca on a temporary basis while we are managing your care during this time of Covid-19 restrictions.  Please note that email is not a secure method of communication and there is a risk that your personal health information may not remain private.  By choosing to email us your requisition, you are acknowledging this risk and are consenting to this method of communication.
